Mommy & Me Classes

Are you looking to return to the gym or start your gym journey postpartum, but can’t seem to find time away from your little one? Our Mommy & Me Classes are perfect for you! Get a great workout in with your little one while surrounded by other moms and their babies!

We offer both strength and conditioning focused classes. Our trainers are able to modify exercises depending on your starting level of fitness and any restrictions you may have. We welcome moms and their babies up to 18 months old to class!

Schedule:

Mondays + Wednesdays at 10:30am and 1pm - CONDITIONING focused, making use of our cardio equipment (bike erg, ski erg, rower, assault bike, treadmills). Take it at your own pace!

Tuesdays + Thursdays at 8am and 10:30am - STRENGTH focused, making use of our barbells, dumbbells, cable machines etc. Pick your own weights and increase or decrease them with the guidance of your trainer!


We offer two membership types for our Mommy & Me: monthly unlimited and 10 class packs. Both membership types include a FREE TRIAL class to see if we are a good fit for you and your baby!
