TERMS OF SERVICE

The Strength Collective Terms and Conditions

  1. Membership: By signing up for a membership at The Strength Collective, you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

  2. Payment: Payment for membership must be made in full before using any of the services provided by The Strength Collective. We accept cash, credit card and debit card payments.

  3. Cancellation: Membership can be cancelled at any time by giving written notice to The Strength Collective. If a membership is cancelled, there will be no refund for any unused portion of the membership.

  4. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to join The Strength Collective. Minors aged 16 or 17 may join with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  5. Safety: All members are required to use equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Members are encouraged to seek advice from a personal trainer before using any equipment.

  6. Liability: The Strength Collective will not be liable for any injury or damage sustained by members while using the facilities or equipment provided by the gym.

  7. Cleanliness: Members are responsible for keeping the gym facilities clean and tidy. Any member found to be acting in an unsanitary manner may be asked to leave the gym.

  8. Dress Code: Proper gym attire, including closed-toe shoes, must be worn at all times while using the facilities.

  9. Availability: The Strength Collective reserves the right to make changes to the hours of operation, services provided, and equipment available at the gym.

  10. Rules and Regulations: The Strength Collective reserves the right to add or change rules and regulations at any time.
